I do realize. That's why you have to think before using them.
EDIT: I made it like that so people wouldn't spam this on themselves and make themselves invincible. It needs to have a drawback, a tactical drawback. And since it's Divination, I thought, if you don't predict it right, you might harm the target?

Everyone just needs to keep in mind this is an idea. We know the chances of this coming about is slim to none, but it's a good idea with (as all class ideas) flaws that will be worked out if the poster wants to do that.

I'd give tornado a disadvantage, like, nearby allies cannot use physical attacks.

Updated: Tornado is now strippable (i.e. an Enchantment). Surround With Vines is a Hex.

Added one skill:
(Linked to Divination)
Anticipate Distractions
5e, 1/4c, 10r
Enchantment
For 10-25 seconds, your next skill is cast at 150%...110% of its normal cast time, but cannot be interrupted.

I have something to ask. Should "Phase Out" make the character invisible, translucent, or as it is but standing? I'm thinking about it going totally invisible - you are going to a different plane after all - but it might cause confusion.

Only problem with the becoming invisible is, someone might mistake this for the Hierophant using his secondary Assassin abilities, and shadowstepping somewhere else, though he is actually not moving at all. However, when some kind of animation is used (like you proposed, the dropping of all armor, weapons etc.), it should be obvious the Hierophant shifted to another plane.
I got one question however about the usage of the Elite Skill Phasing Aura, with the stats:
Phasing Aura {E}
15e, ¾c, 20r Maintain:1
Enchantment Spell
Phasing Aura does nothing. When you stop maintaining Phasing Aura, you teleport to the location where you cast Phasing Aura, and you are Phased Out for 5 seconds.
So basically, you are able to become invisable and STAY invisible when maintaining this spell? Moreover, you can't be attacked, so no-one is able to strip your enchantment. In this way, you could just use this spell, Phase Out of reality, get some coffee, walk the dog, and wait until your team-mates have finished off the opposing party. In this way, always one member of the team will stay alive.
So...did I miss something in this skill description, or is this really a flaw in this skill?
Gr. Arduinna
[EDIT Oh cr*p, I did miss something in the skill description. Nvm the second part of this post ]

Sounds good. Maybe some kind of small flashy effect.
Added some sample skills for classes other than the Hierophant to interact with Inscriptions and Phasing Out.
Also, to the second part of the post, if Phasing Aura made you Phase Out immediately, you wouldn't be able to cancel maintenance of the spell - remember, you cannot do anything. :P

Would be fun to play as Mesmer with those skills, and annoy the hell out of those Hierophants wanting to Phase In again, but can't because some Domination Mesmer is spamming Planar Control

Changed wording of Phasing Aura.
Also, Phasing Aura's maintain-cost is lowered when cast at higher levels.

A few questions about Inscriptions.
Firstly, should I change it so that it can be interrupted by all, but doesn't trigger Backfire, et cetera (basically, a skill that can be interrupted by spell interrupts), and make a skill that doesn't let Inscriptions be interrupted instead?
Secondly, should there be a failure chance when blind? I know it's fairly hard to write accurately in a specific quadrant when I'm blindfolded. I mean, I can write the word, but I more or less scrawl it instead of writing it neatly.
Also, another tweak on Phasing Aura.

Phasing Aura is now 3...0, and added Mesmer skill; Meddle with Future. But it isn't very useful to a Mesmer, so...err...
My questions still stand.
